At FATFIGHER FITNESS we offer you top of the line advice and services in the fitness business.  FATFIGHTER FITNESS was created by Master Fitness trainer Grace LeVell.  Grace has been in the fitness business for over ten years and has spent the last five as a personal trainer.  In her years of training she has helped multiple people lose weight, gain muscle, get lean, and be healthy.Before becoming a personal trainer and group instructor Grace spent the previous years as a martial arts instructor.  She holds a third degree Black Belt in Taekwondo and multiple championship titles.
Though Grace was very active she still carried extra weight and did not understand nutrition.  After learning the ins and outs of fitness she unlocked the keys to sucess that will help you lose weight and keep it off.  Grace knows that any change takes a positive mindset, dedication, and consistency.  However with the right tools your path can be much easier.  Grace will provide you with the tools and advice you need every step of the way.

BIO

Hello Fatfighters,

My name is Grace LeVell.  I am the founder of Fatfighter Fitness.  I started Fatfighter Fitness after being in the fitness feild for 10 years.  I wanted to pass on the knowledge that I have collected over this last decade, and hopefully keep a lot of people from making the same mistakes that I have.  I would like to share my story with you and give you a little bit of information about myself personally, as well as my qualifications to be your trainer and coach.  Here is a little of my story along with my journey through the fitness world:

I struggled with weight through my high school and young adult years.  The funny thing is that I was very active! I was also very uneducated.  I did not understand calories, and I barely understood the concept of working out.  It wasn’t until I was walking down the isles of a supermarket and picked up a exercise book that things started moving in the right direction. In this book there were over 100 before and after pictures of all of these people that followed a 12 week program. Well I had been working out for well over 12 weeks and I did not have results like this! What was I missing?  What I would soon find as I devoured the pages of this book is that weight training is what changed their bodies! They were also following a diet of lean protein, whole grains and veggies. Wow! I had no Idea where to start before.  I slowly started following this program as far as the exercise goes, but was still missing on the diet and calorie consumption.  I thought, since I don’t want to be a bodybuilder I don’t have to eat that way. Wrong! Fast forward to my college nutrition class where I learn the value of proper calorie consumption, and surprise, everyone benefits from eating that way.

I was hooked on the energy and great results that I was getting from my weight loss and exercise program.  I soon started teaching group exercise formats and later became a Personal Trainer.  Eager to pass on my knowledge I quickly aquired multiple certifications and started helping people on their journey to get fit and healthy.  As emberrassing as it is, I was not as healthy as I required my clients to be.  How is this? I was exercising regularly, eating few calories, and doing a ton of cardio!  Well after entering my first fitness competition (based on a challenge from one of my friends) I quickly found that I was under-eating and over-training! Wow you can have too much of a good thing.

In the last three years I have competed in multiple fitness Bikini competitions and honed the best ways to get results.  I have been fortunate enough to work with some of the best trainers and nutrition coaches in the industry.  Now with my collective knowledge I would like to help you reach your goals without making the same mistakes that I did. You will never have to worry about hitting a plateau, slow progress, or no progress. Whatever your fitness needs are I can help. I hold six fitness bikini titles. I am nationally and internationally ranked in Taekwondo and hold a third degree black belt.  I have been a personal trainer for the last six years and feel that I have the best job in the world.  There are few people that I admire and hold close to my heart. My dad for pushing me and supporting me no matter what, my Mom for her conviction and Love, my sister for the unfailing truth, my brothers for their determination and strength, my grandma for her uplifting words, my boyfriend for his patience and positivity (bless that man) and my dog for all love! I strive to be more like all of them each day.  I also am on a constant quest for knowledge, learning how to better help my clients and be a better person.  I know that a positive mindset will take you far, application will get results and being determined will change your life.
