So the Holidays are coming, and you know what that means! Lots of cookies, cakes, and goodies and in turn your pants fitting tight! Well it does not have to be this way. Start preparing now, get yourself mentally prepped to say no the all of the goodies and heavy creamed drinks that will come your way. Everyone likes to celebrate, but it shouldn’t be at the cost of throwing away all of your hard work during the rest of the year. Give yourself a goal ahead of time. Promise that you will only have a cookies or a slice of pie once a week, sign up for a half marathon, join a boot camp and give  yourself a goal of coninuing to lose weight over the holidays, or my favorite, sign up for a fitness competition in Feb. All of these things will help keep you on track. If there is no goal in mind, you will find yourself making excuses for all of the piggy little habits that follow the holidays, like having sweets everyday! So step up to the challenge this year. Join me and see if you can lose 8-10 pounds from Halloween until New Years! Trust me, you will be glad that you did. Enjoy your holiday Season, just don’t overdo it:)
